“Q角”：是指髌骨中点与胫骨粗隆连线的延长线与股骨（大腿骨）中轴之间的夹角，测量的意义是观察髌骨轨迹的外移趋势。Q角大于15度时，髌骨轨迹会向外侧半脱位，并产生相应的病理变化。女性Q角会大于男性。
