One day her grandmother gave her a very nice red cloak. That is why everybody in the village called her Little Red Riding Hood. One day…旁白：从前有一个非常漂亮的金发女孩，她和母亲住在森林附近的一个村庄里。有一天，她的祖母给了她一件非常漂亮的红色斗篷，所以村里的人都叫她小红帽。一天…Little Red Riding Hood: Did you call me, mother?小红帽：妈妈，你叫我吗？Mother: Yes, Little Red Riding Hood. Your grandmother is very sick. I want you to go to her house and take her this little basket with some bread and honey.妈妈：是的，小红帽。你的祖母病得很重。你去她家，把这篮子面包和蜂蜜给她送去。Little Red Riding Hood: Yes, mother.小红帽：好的，妈妈。Mother: But don t stop in the forest, and don t talk to strangers. Do as I say - go straight to your grandmother’s house.妈妈：但是不要在森林里停下，也不要和陌生人说话。照我说的做——直接去你祖母家。Little Red Riding Hood: Yes, mother.小红帽：好的，妈妈。Narrator: Little Red Riding Hood went through the forest, with the little basket for her grandmother, who lived in a nearby village. Along the way, she saw many beautiful flowers in the forest.旁白：小红帽拎着小篮子穿过森林。一路上，她看到了许多美丽的花朵。Little Red Riding Hood: (picking flowers) What beautiful flowers! I will take some to my grandmother.小红帽：（摘花）好漂亮的花！我要摘一些送给祖母。Narrator: She left the little basket on the ground to pick up some flowers, when suddenly…旁白：她把小篮子放在地上捡些花，突然……Wolf: Good morning. Little Red Riding Hood!狼：早上好。小红帽！Little Red Riding Hood: (smiling) Good morning, Mr. Wolf.小红帽：（微笑）早上好，狼先生。Wolf: Where are you going so early?狼：这么早你要去哪里？Little Red Riding Hood: I am going to my grandmother s house to take her this little basket with some bread and honey.小红帽：我要去外婆家，给她送面包和蜂蜜。Wolf: Does your grandmother live far from here, Little Red Riding Hood?狼：小红帽，你外婆住的地方远吗？Little Red Riding Hood: No, Mr. Wolf, she lives just across the forest in the first little house in the village - the one with the white door.小红帽：不，狼先生，她住在森林对面村子里的第一间小房子里——白色门的那间。Wolf: Good-bye, Little Red Riding Hood. I hope she gets better. And look, do you see that road?狼：再见吧，小红帽。我希望她慢慢康复！瞧，你看到那条路了吗？Little Red Riding Hood: Yes, I do.小红帽：是的，我看到了。Wolf: (pointing) Just follow that road and you will get to your grandmother s house.狼：（指点）沿着那条路走，你就可以到你祖母家了。Little Red Riding Hood: Thank you!小红帽：谢谢！Wolf: Good-bye, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!狼：再见，哈，哈，哈，哈，哈！Narrator: Little Red Riding Hood kept looking for flowers disobeying her mother who told her not to stop in the forest and to get to her grandmother s house. Meanwhile, the wolf knocked at Little Red Riding Hood grandmother s house.旁白：小红帽忘记了妈妈的嘱咐“不要在森林里停下来，要直接去外婆家”，一路摘着鲜花，而此时，大灰狼来到了祖母家，敲了敲门。Grandmother: Who s there?祖母：谁啊？Wolf: (soft voice) It s me grandmother, Little Red Riding Hood, and I brought you a basket with some bread and honey.狼：（轻声）祖母，是我啊，小红帽，我给你带来了一篮子面包和蜂蜜。Grandmother: Come in my little angel, push the door.祖母：进来吧，我的小乖乖，推门。Narrator: As soon as the wolf entered he gobbled up Little Red Riding Hood s grandmother. Then he put on her nightgown, jumped into bed and waited for the little girl. A few minutes later Little Red Riding Hood arrived at her grandmother s house. She knocked at the door.旁白：狼一进门就把小红帽的祖母给狼吞虎咽了。然后他穿上她的睡衣，跳到床上等着小红帽。过了一会儿，小红帽也到了祖母家，她敲了敲门。Wolf: Who s there?狼：谁啊？Little Red Riding Hood: Grandmother, it s me, your granddaughter, Little Red Riding Hood. I came to bring you a little basket with some bread and honey.小红帽：外婆，是我，你的孙女小红帽。我来给你带来一个小篮子，里面装着面包和蜂蜜。Wolf: Come in my little angel, push the door.狼：进来吧，我的小乖乖，推门。Narrator: Little Red Riding Hood entered the little house. She went straight to her grandmother s room, and in the bed there was the Wolf dressed with her grandmother s clothes.旁白：小红帽进了小房子。她径直去了祖母的房间，床上躺着穿着祖母衣服的狼。Wolf: Come in, my little angel. Rest for a while狼：来吧，我的小天使，休息一会儿。Narrator: Little Red Riding Hood sat in a chair, and looked at her grandmother.旁白：小红帽坐在椅子上，看着祖母。Little Red Riding Hood: Grandmother…your voice sounds so odd. Is something the matter?小红帽：祖母……你的声音听起来好奇怪。有什么事吗？Wolf: I just have a bit of a cold.狼：我只是有点感冒。Little Red Riding Hood: Oh, what big ears you have, grandmother!小红帽：哦，你的耳朵好大啊，外婆！Wolf: All the better to hear you with.Wolf：听你说话就更清楚了啊。Little Red Riding Hood: And what big eyes you have!小红帽：你的眼睛怎么这么大啊！Wolf: All the better to see you with.Wolf：看你就更清楚了啊。Little Red Riding Hood: Oh, grandmother, and what big teeth you have.小红帽：哦，奶奶，你的牙齿好大啊。Wolf: All the better to eat you with! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!狼：（从床上跳起来）因为可以一口把你吃掉啊！哈哈哈哈哈！Narrator: The Wolf gobbled up Little Red Riding Hood. Then the wolf fell asleep. Meanwhile a woodsman was passing by the little house, when he saw the door open. He entered, looked for the old lady, and then he saw the wolf.旁白：狼吃掉了小红帽，然后睡着了。这时，一个猎人正好经过小房子，他看见门开着，便走了进去，寻找老太太，然后他看到了狼。Hunter: (looking horrified) Oh no! The wolf has eaten Grandmother! But he is sleeping.猎人：（一脸惊恐）哦不！狼吃了老奶奶！而他睡着了。Narrator: He grabbed the wolf and made him spit out the poor Grandmother and Little Red Riding Hood , who were luckily still in one piece.旁白：他抓住了狼，让他吐出了可怜的奶奶和小红帽，幸好他们还安然无恙。Little Red Riding Hood: Thank you, Sir.小红帽：谢谢你，好心人。Grandmother: This will be a lesson for you, Little Red Riding Hood - follow your mother's words.祖母：小红帽，这是一个教训，要记住：听妈妈的话。
