本期为罗浩贤老师4月14日 CBT 行动营第二次答疑的精选:调整认知,是在给自己找借口吗?我知道我在用改变认知的方式改变事情对我的影响,但是我似乎倾向于让认知改变为我的情绪服务(而不是better me)。无论是正念还是CBT,我都在尽力让自己感觉良好。比如今天没有做好一件事情,我一开始有点沮丧,为了改变情绪我先后经历了这些想法:1)觉得自己根本不适合做这份工作,2)大不了换一份工作就是了,3)人总会犯错的(这个受 CBT 影响)4)我的确有点沮丧,没关系,工作不重要,心情才是最重要的。我是否在用各种借口为自己的粗心犯错开脱?哪种想法是好的?是应该觉得下次我要做得更好,还是应该借助借口让自己迅速开心起来?
