九月,我哋得到聽眾(CK)i_am_ck_fish嘅推介,一行五人去到灣仔嘅喜萬年飲茶。由灣仔地鐵站行去,大概十分鐘就到。喜萬年位於地庫,喺地面行緊嘅你可以望下邊度係英皇集團中心,然後搵下邊度有扶手電梯落去。落到去地庫,樓底唔高,係一個小型商場,周圍有唔少得意鋪頭,仲有間黑膠碟鋪。入面見到黃子華出過嘅歌嘅CD。講返喜萬年。喜萬年啲檯算大,配合樓底矮,所以係有啲逼。五個人坐咗個十人大檯,因為當時都無乜客人。感覺上樓面員工多過客人。我哋去到嘅時間大概係兩點半,原來三點截單,三點半落場,所以一坐低就即刻叫嘢食。所有服務都好快,除咗叫人埋單,都唔覺畀人催緊(可能只係我feel 唔到)。落單無耐,先嚟咗個叉燒包。叉燒包唔同一般嘅白色中式包,而係用咗啡皮,表面焗到少少深嘅啡色。一食就知,的確如聽眾所言,並非預製。雖然無咩特別驚艷嘅地方,但足以令人期待之後嘅菜色。之後上咗一道牛輾同鹹蛋釀叉燒。……
