九月，我哋得到聽眾（CK）i_am_ck_fish嘅推介，一行五人去到灣仔嘅喜萬年飲茶。由灣仔地鐵站行去，大概十分鐘就到。喜萬年位於地庫，喺地面行緊嘅你可以望下邊度係英皇集團中心，然後搵下邊度有扶手電梯落去。落到去地庫，樓底唔高，係一個小型商場，周圍有唔少得意鋪頭，仲有間黑膠碟鋪。入面見到黃子華出過嘅歌嘅CD。講返喜萬年。喜萬年啲檯算大，配合樓底矮，所以係有啲逼。五個人坐咗個十人大檯，因為當時都無乜客人。感覺上樓面員工多過客人。我哋去到嘅時間大概係兩點半，原來三點截單，三點半落場，所以一坐低就即刻叫嘢食。所有服務都好快，除咗叫人埋單，都唔覺畀人催緊（可能只係我feel 唔到）。落單無耐，先嚟咗個叉燒包。叉燒包唔同一般嘅白色中式包，而係用咗啡皮，表面焗到少少深嘅啡色。一食就知，的確如聽眾所言，並非預製。雖然無咩特別驚艷嘅地方，但足以令人期待之後嘅菜色。之後上咗一道牛輾同鹹蛋釀叉燒。……
