《如何把事情做好》（Mastery）这本书在1992年出版后就一直畅销至今，它的作者乔治·伦纳德 （George Leonard）在战争年代是飞行员，在和平年代是有自己道场的合气道黑带教练，于是这本讲学习和成长的书也有了一些不太一样的质感。我特别喜欢他对学习成长平台期的理解，恰恰表达出了我内心对成长过程的隐隐约约的感觉。 Mastery is a very popular book since the first time it was published at 1992.
