可以配合”022-一个训练计划举例“收听。本期松散的聊了聊如何通过训练日的个人身体感受来调整训练内容。同时也更新一下训练开始一个小周期(28天)后得到的一些个人的反馈:1. 引体训练vs指力训练计划中每周两个指力训练,两个引体训练。运动员反馈指力训练更难以恢复,引体训练每周完成两次相对轻松。数据上引体有明显进步,指力不明显。2. 体适能的缺失较为灵活的计划里将体适能训练与柔韧性训练放在一起供运动员选择,实操中运动员并没有完成任何体适能训练。3. 热身后决定在自我感觉较差时依然可以选择尝试热身,在热身结束后自我评估决定是否继续训练。4. 生理周期与休息周运动员反馈生理周期和休息周(deload week)搭配恰当,刚好在低动力状态下迎来休息周。
