漾的ins是我们的朋友里面最有趣的，没有之一。 每隔一段时间，就会看到漾出现在不同的雪山上，不同的步道间，行走、奔跑、跳跃、躺平。一直想问问漾怎么做到在下班后、上班前、姨妈期、只要是能够自己支配的时间里，就能一头扎进山里，一直行走。 她的instagram有一个系列的快拍合集，叫做：Hiking因为山就在那边。在里面她记录了这些年来Hiking行山的点点滴滴：穿越暴雨在高原上冒着高反头疼暴走，在海拔5120米的卡里拉山口跳跃，生理期时冒着大雪登山，半夜两点和朋友结伴走山路（遇到了眼镜蛇，也穿过了荔枝林）。行程并非总是顺畅，但遇上前方山路坍塌的时候，就去河边钓鱼，等待山路修复。遇到姨妈痛时，有好心的各国友人纷纷献出本国止痛药。在盘山公路结冰路面翻车时，有语言不通的好心藏民一行几个人徒手帮她把车抬了出来。 希望这期节目能够给你一些在生命途中走夜路、走野路的勇气。 “在广袤的世界，那么小一点的我，蚍蜉一般，但如此的自由。我是多么的无足轻重，但又带着十足的劲儿。赞美世界，赞美作为人类的自己。” ——漾的某条ins 本期嘉宾：漾 本期主播：撕宇、比栗 本期剪辑：罗兹同学
