Description

一、双足跏趺(俗称双盘),如果不能跏趺坐,就采用金刚坐(右脚放在左腿上),或者采用如意坐(左脚放在右腿上)。二、两手结三昧印(把右手掌仰放在左手掌上,两个大拇指轻轻相抵住)。三、背脊自然直立,像一串铜钱(身体不健康的人,最初不能直立,不妨听其自然,练习日久后,就会不知不觉自然地直立了)。四、两肩保持平稳(不可歪斜,也不要故意用压力)。五、头正颚收(后脑略向后收,下颚向内收,轻轻靠住颈部左右两大动脉)。六、舌抵上颚(舌尖轻轻抵住上门牙根唾腺中点)。七、两眼半敛(即两眼半开半闭,如开眼容易定就开眼,但不可全开,要带收敛的意味,如闭眼容易定的话,可以闭眼,但不可昏睡)。
