Um I just would like to mention that Mr. Rosanoff just texted me. He had an urgent work situation and he may be online um at 10 30 if we're still in the meeting. Um he may be able to join us. But I would add um to the excused absence requests of Mayor Brunson, uh Mayor Gomez, Councilmember Horlin, Mayor Rayleigh, Vice Chair uh Vice I'm sorry, Mayor Castillo, and I would add Mr. Rosanoff an abundance of copies. Then school board member Zeman. was supposed to be joining us online and I do not see him on there, so he may be joining us a few minutes late also.

We will probably be in the coming months have uh some some action to report in the legislature. Bills are being filed, uh a very significant bill on impact fees, which is again more restrictive on on uh local governments. And uh S B one hundred eighty, the the the the the the bill that was passed in last session, there is a lot of proposals and ideas being floated. So I think we're going to see some active uh a lot of activity in the legislature on matters of real consequence to us and I'll be reporting on those to you.

To follow up with Andy, what Andy stated about Senate Bill 180. So, as you know, uh we had the steering committee meeting for Broward next in October, and I gave you a summary of that, which is basically we bifurcated the proposals moving forward. Um, we're focusing on the incentive-based pieces of the plan and holding to the aside in abeyance uh much of the resiliency policy updates, which I think we reiterated at the October meeting, we do have a very strong resiliency plan already in place. So this was additions to that.
