But uh to the extent that there's anything that could be done for the sake of efficiency and allowing you all to process applications
in a manner that moves things along for the municipalities or the applicants.
Uh I would say that again, if that's within those those rules that you think, you know, certain uh day thresholds or application, you know, thresholds could be shortened.
um or made more efficient in any which way, I would just support uh that endeavor.

What is the process that so if if there is a uh conversation between either a municipality or or the you know planning council with regards to something that gets flagged?
Uh it sounds like they give you an opportunity to coach you on uh in the one on one if you're able to get it from them as to what would be okay and then the
the ultimate, you know, city commission or or governmental authority could
just decide to pass it under the guidance of what you know they understood would be uh you know not allowed and so the process can continue basically?
Uh for the land planning.
Right, because
I just want to offer that uh cities uh impose impact fees, often for the same
you know, goal.
Uh those are limited by state law as well.
Uh so sometimes it would have been the situation where there were, you know, duplicate impact fees.
