Well, congratulations to you and to all of Broward County and in the greater Fort Lauderdale area on the second consecutive Stanley Cup by our Florida Panthers and we're so very, very proud and so very very thankful and it was a beautiful uh uh parade and uh uh everyone is very, very happy and looking forward to a three peak. So let's uh let's hope that happens. Uh Miss Blake Boy.
Good morning, thank you. Uh first I just wanna m uh mention under um appointments, even though uh Mayor Levy has an excused absence request for today, um he was reappointed to the planning council uh by Commissioner uh Davis at the last commission meeting. So I just want to mention that. Um and then also for the consent agenda, the um only piece of additional agenda material is the excuse absence request uh from Mayor Levy. Um so that would conclude the uh consent agenda.

And then um just a note on the combined uh November December meeting date. That date will either be uh December fourth or eleventh and we'll send out a survey um over the next couple of weeks so that you can vote on that date at your August meeting.

Um I also want to just take a moment um to introduce we have a new staff member. He just started this week. Uh David Ragsdale um comes to us from the South Florida Water Management District. And of course we're very happy to have him and so you'll be seeing him um Here with our the rest of our staff.
