Do I have a motion for Vice Chair?
Tracy Kosolcharoen 3:43
Yes, I'd like to make a motion, and before that, I'd like to briefly comment. Thank you very much to this commission for nominating me as chair. It is an honor to serve you in this capacity, and Chair Rao, or former Chair Rao, you've done a great service for our group in always trying to help find consensus and always making sure that everyone has had time to ask their questions. So I appreciate that, and I hope to continue that. So, for Vice Chair, I would like to nominate Commissioner Scharf.
Santosh Rao 4:14
I can second that. Any discussion? Commissioner Scharf, do you accept?

Thank you, Madam City Clerk. I want to congratulate our former chair and now vice chair and former commissioner. I guess current commissioner and current vice chair Schor for once again taking a role that you're all too familiar with. So thank you for that. So with that, we now move on to the next part of this agenda item, which is the election of the housing committee non-voting representative. This is a member of the commission that gets to attend the housing commission. They do not get to vote, but they do get to attend and participate. So do we have a nomination for our housing commission non-voting representative?
