Good evening, planning commission, correct? Yes. My name is Greg Gutierrez. I'm a eight year resident of Leesburg, Virginia. Me and my wife moved here from California. I currently serve on the town of Leesburg's Board of Zoning Appeals. And I'm a resident of Stratford Club condominium community. My concerns about a data center and our residential community are just over, I just cannot state just how serious this is for the commission to even consider rezoning Land Bay A for data centers. The research that I've been conducting, and I'm sure your teams have done the same research, into the health effects to the residents regarding the tones, the frequencies, the sound waves that are emitted by these data centers 24-7.
I cannot express to you enough just how detrimental to a person's health that is. Including sounds you cannot hear, your brain still receives All those tones, and it does disrupt you. The EPA has stated that unheard sounds can cause dementia. It can cause other health effects, heart disease. Again, I'm sure your team that has been researching this project have discovered the same thing from peer-reviewed technical journals and scientific reports. So I am expressing my concerns as a citizen. I'm also serving on the Stratford Club HOA as the association's treasurer, although I'm not speaking for the association at this time. So we've been through two presentations from Keene and neither of them for data centers.
