Well, good evening, supervisors, good evening, staff, and good evening, Loudoun. I'd like to call to order December 5th, 2023, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Business Meeting. This evening, Mr. Sainz is supposed to do words of inspiration, and he is not here, so I would leave this in the Pledge of Allegiance, and if he has something wise to say later when he arrives, he can do that. Supervisors, we have a bit of a long consent agenda and I think we'll have some discussions from a couple of supervisors on the consent agenda. So the proposed consent agenda is as follows. Item R1, resolution to recognize Independence High School Marching Band as the 5A state champions That's for approval only, that's Mr. Buffington, and he and I will attend, we'll go to the school, they're having a pep rally to deliver that. Item R2, resolution to recognize the recognition of Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Explosive Detections Canine Aurora, who is gonna be retiring. That is for approval and presentation, and we will do that in just a second. I will have Mr. Turner, would you join me down front for that presentation for Aurora?
I bet you would. Item R3, resolution to honor SPC Addison and Alexander Caduck, and that's for approval only. Item R4, resolution of appreciation for Treasurer Roger Zurn. That's for approval and presentation. Mr. Zurn will be here about 5.30. We'll do it at that time. And item R5, resolution to recognize the Loudoun County High School marching band. as national champions. That is my resolution. I will be going to Loudoun County High School to present that. Any supervisor who'd like to accompany me, I will make sure everyone knows when I will be making that trip. Item 1A, confirmations. Item two, administrative items report for December 5th, 2023. Item three, request for termination of real estate open space agreement.
Item four, proposed conveyance of 6.42 acres of county-owned real property in the Aldi assemblage. to the Piedmont Environmental Council. We should all jazz hands that, because it's been years and years in the making. Item five, initiation of road abandonment for a portion of Beaver Dam Bridge Road. Item six A, contract award task order roadway and transportation design services for federal projects. Item six B, contract award and capital improvement program AMENDMENT ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE WESTERN LOUDOUN RECREATION COMPLEX. ITEM 6C, CONTRACT AWARD WORKWAY AND CIVIL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE ROUTE 50 NORTH COLLECTOR ROAD. ITEM 6D, CONTRACT RENEWAL JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION.
ITEM 6E, WAIVER OF AFFORDABLE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING LOAN PROGRAM REQUIREMENT FOR AN APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY SGC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS IN THE 2023-2024 PROGRAM YEAR. ITEM 6F, WAIVER OF AN AFFORDABLE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING LOAN PROGRAM REQUIREMENT FOR AN APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY WELLINGTON DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS AND CORNERSTONES HOUSING CORPORATION in the 2023-2024 program year item 6z 6g reallocation of unspent community community development block grant consolidated coronavirus funds item 6h award authority increase in capital improvement program amendment design bill delivery of north star boulevard from Route 50 to 0.18 miles south of Evergreen Mills Road, previously Shreveport Mill Drive, I'm sorry, Shreveport Drive.
