Let's roll. Well, good evening, Supervisors. Good evening, Loudoun. And good evening, staff. I'd like to call to order the June 2nd, 2026 Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Business Meeting. Pursuant to Code Section 2.2-3708.3 and the Board Supervisor's Rules of Order, Supervisor Sainz requested to participate in this meeting by electronic communication. A physical quorum of the Board is present in the Boardroom and the Board has made arrangements for the voice of Supervisor Sainz to be heard by all persons in the Boardroom. He has made this request within the required time frame and the county attorney determined the request meets the qualifications to participate remotely. The board will record this man's supervisor saying to participate in a remote location in Loudoun County due to personal reasons. Although what I think is happening today is he's going to get on the call with us, get in the meeting with us virtually,

and then has to jump off and then we'll jump back on and then come into the room later on. That's my understanding. So having said that, is he on right now? He's not on yet, okay. So he's gonna kind of, he's trying to work it out to get to the room and at some point he would be back in the room, but just so that's where we are right now. I will right now ask for additions or deletions to the agenda. Mr. Crony, I do believe you have an addition to the agenda. Yes, Chair Randall. I'll be adding an item for the Western Loudoun Rural Uses and Standards, CPAM 2024-002 and ZOAM 2024-002. All right, I will accept that on the agenda, and I will put that at the end of the agenda, so it'll be the last thing that we do on the agenda tonight.

I will read the proposed consent agenda. Supervisors, I'm going to read the proposed consent agenda. I'm going to include item five in the proposed consent agenda with the... letter from Mr. Crony and I guess it was Mr. Crony and Mr., gosh, where is it at? Mr. Crony, I've now lost it. Oh no, it's right here. Just changed the color paper. And Mr. Letourneau. Item R1, Proclamation to Recognize June 2026 as Pride Month. That is for approval only. It will be presented at the Pride event on Saturday. Supervisor, speaking of the Pride event, without objection, I am going to ask based on some things that happened this week that I am allowed to have a security with me at the Pride event unless there's objection, and so we can have that discussion.

R2, resolution to recognize the Rockridge High School Debate Team 2026 as state championships. That is for approval only. And I think that's where Mr. Sainz is going tonight. I3, proclamation to recognize June 5th 2026 is National Gun Violence Awareness Day. As for approval and presentation, Ms. Bricksman will join me down front for that, as will Ms. Glass, and I think Mr. Crony. Is that right, Mr. Crony? Is that one for you as well? Item R4, resolution to recognize the Loudoun Youth Port Laureate Program. That is for approval and presentation.
