Okay, um the following items are being deleted, I'm sorry, deferred to the June second business meeting. Item eleven, the LEGI twenty twenty-three dash zero zero eight zero, the Valley Commerce, Z Map Z twenty twenty three dash zero zero zero eight, and Z Mot twenty twenty-three dash zero zero four one. And item sixteen, the Board of Supervisors Initiative for the Juneteenth celebration in the Loud and Freedom Center. Um just so everyone knows, I actually Um as I set the agenda, I made the decision to take those off the agenda because we have an incredibly long agenda. And uh as it turns out, the next agenda is almost empty. And so when I looked through the things that were not um completely time sensitive and didn't have didn't have to be passed right away, these two items kind of popped out at me as the be as being the two items.

items that we could move um without having any uh time violations. So that's why I made the decision to move them. It's nothing to do with anything but just how busy the agenda is. I have a feeling tonight would be one of the maybe the first night we make the motion to go best to go past midnight because that's how busy the agenda is tonight. So that's why those are that's why those are deferred from the the agenda. I will also note that the reconsideration of motions from the May 4th, 2026 Special Business Board Meeting Action Item is CPAM 2024-0002 and Zoam 2024-0002, Western Loud and Rural Uses and Standards. If there are any reconsideration motions that are appropriate, those will be addressed.

Tonight. Um I will say, supervisors, what my plan tonight because of because of how busy the meeting is and because we have three closed sessions, is to take us to closed session one pretty early in the meeting, um, because that one could take a little bit of time, come back out of closed session, do um resolutions and public comments, and then do the um the walrus items at that time. Time that gives everyone a chance to listen to public comments before we get to the raw risk items. And and so, in some ways, you know, I don't want to say dispense of, but kind of finally close out raw risk if we do it like that. And I'd like to finally close out raw risk to be honest, or at least send it on to where it goes next.
