Supervisors, I'm going to read the consent agenda, which has changed about 15 times since yesterday. So please listen closely so that if something's on there that shouldn't be on there or off that should be on there, you catch it because I may have missed something. Item R1, proclamation to recognize November 2, 20, 2025 as Archives Month in Loudoun County. That's for approval and presentation. Ms. Umstadt will join me down front for that. Resolution honoring excellence in Loudoun County's wine industry 2025, the Loudoun County Wine Award recipients. There are a lot of people who are coming in for that. Mr. Crony and Mr. Kirshner were joining me down front for that. Artem I-3, recognizing resolution recognized 21 years of public service by Aaron McClellan, Senior Deputy Administrator.

Item 1D, contract award, construction of the fire and rescue station number eight and filament. Item 1E, contract award, traffic engineering operation services. Item 1F, Contract Renewal Information Technology Consultation Services. Item 1 1H, Calendar Year 2026, Payment Schedule and Utility Allowance for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Item 1I, Human Services Nonprofit Grant Program, Community Engagement Assessment and Recommendation.

Item 4, administrative violence report of November 18, 2025. Item 7, Whitfield Place Crosswalk Safety Improvement Study. Item 8, proposed traffic calming in the Brambleton community. Item 9, proposed traffic calming measures in the Lena Woods community. Item 10 B Board Member Initiative Amendment Chapter 873 of the Codified Ordinance of Loudoun County Personal Property Tax Relief for Elderly are totally permanently disabled. And item 11, board member initiative, demolition, dust mitigation effort. I will make the motion to approve the consent agenda.

Is there a second? Motion second by Supervisor Turner. Um, by Shirt Turner, rather, a discussion on the motion. Um, I would say uh just a couple things really quickly. Um, item one, I um Item 2B. Some of the sometimes these things go by quickly because they're on the consent agenda, but we've really done a lot of work on these. The nonprofit grant, community engagement, assessment recommendations is such an important item. I'm sure everyone's read it. I do want to thank staff. I especially want to thank all of our nonprofit partners. Item 2B, expedit expedited process for legislative attainable housing applications. I want to thank Vice Chair Turner, who's really worked on this. um with Kim Hart and others uh to get this done.
