What does the Chair announce at the opening of the February 14 public hearing?
Okay, we are back, and I'm going to formally call to order the February 14th Loudoun County Board of Supervisors public hearing. All the stuff I said before about the hearing loop is still in effect. We have a hearing loop. If you need hearing assistance, please switch your hearing aid to a telecom mode. If you need a headset, we have those available as well. Please see the clerk to request one. We have set the Pledge of Allegiance for the evening already, just to note that. I also want to say that item seven which is the review and renewal modification and termination of the new Catoctin South Agriculture and Forestry District was previously on the consolidated hearing. It has been deferred to March 13th, 2024.
Wow, to March 14th, my gosh, that meeting's gonna be crazy. It was due by addition by IT WAS DUE BECAUSE OF AN ADDITIONAL BY RIGHT WITHDRAWAL WAS RECEIVED ON FEBRUARY 2ND AND STAFF WILL NOT BE PROVIDING THE PRESENTATION. HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ANYONE HERE WHO WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ON ITEM 7, PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT RIGHT NOW AND WHEN WE GET THERE I'LL MAKE SURE THAT HAPPENS. OTHERWISE I'M GOING TO CONSIDER ITEM 7 TO BE WITHDRAWN. I'LL ALSO CHECK TO SEE IF THERE'S ANYBODY ON THE WEBEX WHO WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ON ITEM 7. No? Okay. If you are here to speak on any item before this board, you may sign up to speak on matters that have been advertised for the public hearing. Due to the broadcast delay, any member of the public who are not in the boardroom wishing to speak
to the board to address items two, three, four, five, and six, which are on the consolidated hearing agenda, please call the number that is scrolling across the bottom of your screen at this time. If you signed up to speak, you'll be allotted two and a half minutes. If you are in the boardroom, I'll give you a call. When your name is called, please come to the podium closest to you, state your name for the record, and after two and a half minutes, please yield the floor to the next speaker. The timer on the podium will indicate your time. If you're providing comments via phone, I'm going to ask you to use your own stopwatch to time yourself because I don't like stopping people in the middle of their comments because it throws you off.
And so I'll stop you when the two and a half minutes is up, but I won't stop you before. When I take public input for items, I'll ask if there's anybody in the room, and when I ask for anybody on WebEx, I will go to Lisa, is it Kenneth? Because she's the moderator this evening. Lisa, can you hear me? Yes, I can. How are you? very well thank you very good okay the board will hear the following items as a consolidated hearing as a reminder these items are being consolidated because there are no outstanding issues staff has recommended approval the applicant has waived their presentation and no public speakers have registered in advance to speak item two the second substantial member to the five-year 2021 to 2025 consolidated plan and FY24 annual action plan.
That's a countywide motion. I will be making that motion. Item three, the general ground lease option and ground lease between the Loudoun County and Old Arcola Elementary School. That is in the Dulles District. Item four, the review and renewal modification and termination of the new Belmont Ag and Forestry District. That is in the Catoctin and Little River District. Item five, renewal and modification and termination of the new Ebenezer Agricultural and Forestry District, also in the Catoctin and Little River District. And item six, review and modification and termination of the new Catoctin North Agricultural and Forestry District that is in the Catoctin District. Where's the Catoctin District Supervisor?
Okay, I guess he'll be back, okay. All right, are there any members of the public wishing to speak to the board on any items on the consolidated agenda? Do we have anybody, moderator, Lisa, who'd like to speak on this item that we have right now?
Madam Chair, we have no one on the line right now.
And do we have anybody for item seven on the line right now?
