So I did want to let everyone know that the cemetery legislation that I had drafted with input and review from folks like John and I think Justin looked at it, Emma looked at it. maybe some others as well that I can't recall, that Delegate Sewell introduced has passed the House of Delegates. So it will go to the Senate. There was no opposition, so hopefully it will be fine and the governor will sign it. Now, just to remind everyone what this legislation does is, in short, It basically expands the groups of people who can actually petition the court for a license to maintain an abandoned cemetery at their expense. And abandoned in this particular context means where you can't really identify the ownership.
