Good evening. My name is Joseph Daly. I'm a resident of 15808 Kensington Palace Court in the Estates of Brierton. I'm here in two capacities, one as a resident, but then also as the president of the Homeowners Association. primarily my main issue that I'd like to raise, and I'm excited about the new opportunities and new development that comes to that part of the county. However, I do not see any efforts to mitigate the traffic that we see on Lee Highway. So as we continue to build, and now we're bringing mixed-use properties along with, Other areas that have been approved, Buffalo, Carolina, the strain on our highways, school systems need to be considered. Secondly, I was just reviewing the proposal dealing with the land resolution.
And I noticed that there was a section that said that the developer had reached out to the community members. I've not received any notification, nor was I contacted. So I'm raising issue with that. I just had an opportunity to read this and I needed to read it more extensively, but that's one of my main concerns. I don't know if I'm close to my minute, but that's essentially, yeah, so again, we're excited about new development in Prince William County, and we've already been known as the fastest growing data center community in the country. I don't know if we can take that with pride, or we should be concerned. So with that, along with the additional residential and mixed use expansion in that area of the county,
