Thank you again. We're going to move to item six on our agenda, which is the expedited agenda items. Mr. Venegas, do we have any items scheduled for expedited or requested for expedited agenda this
evening? Yes, Chair McPhail, Commissioners, we have several items. Item... 11, I'm sorry, 10A, B, C, D, E, F, and G are all requested.
Thank you, sir. With that said, I am now going to open the public hearing for all items on the agenda, which are 10A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. Am I on the right number? Yes. Yes, okay. All right, so let's go with the... So here we go. Out of a review for many and edification for some, I'm going to go over the order of the public hearing. And this is in case... When an expedited agenda item is called, if there are two or more citizens who are speaking against the application, then that application will come off of the expedited agenda and go back on the normal agenda review and application review for the dais. And the order of the public hearing is as follows, if that indeed is the case. We will have the applicant's presentation.
Then we will have the staff's presentation. Then there will be public comment time, both in person and virtual. Then we will have a response to public comments from both the applicant and the staff. Then there will be questions and answers from the Planning Commissioners. We will move up and down the dais. We have a custom that we ask three questions and then we move on and we go up and down the dais until we have completed all questions. We will then, at the end of Q&A for the Planning Commissioners, we will entertain a motion.

And then if a seconded, a seconded will be given. Then there will be a question. Is there any further discussion after the second? Now, there is also one other item that I need for everybody to be aware of, and that is a point of order. A point of order is not to introduce additional questions, but it is for clarity or for corrections of myself, the chair, or as the public hearing is moving forward, any commissioner at any time, can make a point of order according to Robert's Rules of Order. At the end of all of these items, we will then call for a vote. Did I miss anything, ladies and gentlemen? No, sir. All righty. Thank you very much.
