Item 10A, zoning text amendment, industrial parking. 10B, zoning text amendment for minor changes to written determinations.
Item 10C, special use permit. SUP 2024-00004, Starbucks at Princeton Woods. Item 10D, Special Use Permit, SUP 2023-00035, Mysticos Armament, LLC, Residential Home Business.
