expedited agenda. Item 10B, Proffer Amendment Resenting 2024-00025 Manassas Corporate Center MCC-7. Item 10E, Special Use Permit SUP 2025-00025 Longhorn Steakhouse Sign. And Item 10F, Special use permit 2025-00007, Little Angels Family Day Home.
Thank you. I'm now going to open the public hearing for all items that are on the agenda to include the expedited items. With that said, let's move to item 10B, proffer amendment. MCC 7. That particular item is in the Coles District, and Commissioner Justice, you are the Commissioner of Record. The floor is yours, ma'am.

I would like to make a motion to approve proper amendment R E Z 2 0 2 4 0 0 0 2 5 Manassas corporate center MCC seven with proffers dated 4 22, 2025 with the added amendment to improve erosion and sediment control. Looking to the guidelines taught in the Virginia responsible land disturbance training material in the DCM 700 seconded.
It has been moved by Commissioner Justice and seconded by Commissioner Brown that the Planning Commission recommend approval for proper amendment REZ 2024-00025.
