I would like to make a statement. Um, I used to live near uh this Maplewood Drive on Route 28. Traffic has always been a big mess. When I looked at this parcel, I am not satisfied that uh this will be a good fit. Maplewood Drive has become an artery to connect to Route 28. When the traffic is um uh bad in the morning, everyone from twenty-eight diverse from uh Maplewood and take the neighborhood to come back to twenty eight neighbours another Wava at the end of Prince William County Parkway. I think this is gonna increase a lot of traffic. Uh maybe uh seven to one vote, but I would still vote no. I think uh This is not a good fit.
