Thank you. Uh I'm representing the Lakeridge Ocorn Coal Civic Association as president. I would like to have the five minutes, if I may. Uh thank you very much. Um it's going to oh thank you. I did want to point out uh that we uh in support of the project Uh there are a few items I just wanted to bring your attention. We provided a brief transmittal letter uh dated today, uh uh just a cover letter that uh explains that we're sharing our observations with you. This the observations came From two meetings that we've had. with the applicant and their counsel. One was October twenty seventh, two thousand twenty two. The other was June twenty-ninth, two thousand twenty three. So we haven't met with them for a year now.
And perhaps in retrospect, had we met six months ago, that might have been helpful. But what we did was collect our observations from those two meetings, and we've had discussions in our monthly meetings about it, and the group decided to collect all those and provide that to you. and the applicant. So we addressed it to the applicant, to to the vice president of land entitlement at Toll Brothers. And and it's meant to be suggestions that would be helpful. So I what I'm going to do is just highlight very briefly in the remaining time uh some of the things that we're looking at in conversations we've had within the PELP Committee.
