Chair McPhail, we have uh four items for the expedited agenda. Item 10A. Uh DPA twenty twenty six dash zero zero zero three amendment to the declaration. Uh 10B, rezoning, uh 2025-0004, Kings Grove. Item 10 C, special use permit uh 2023-00022 TAREC Automotive. And then item 10D, Proffer Amendment, REZ, 2024-00022, Yarborough Proffer Amendment.

Alrighty. So what I'm going to do right now is open the public hearing for all items on the agenda. That includes items ten A, B, C, D, E, and F. Uh we will only hear motions for those items that were already mentioned that are on our expedited agenda. With and so just as a reminder to our commissioners on the board, if you are the commissioner of record, as we always do for courtesy and for efficiency, we always remind ourselves to close the public hearing for each of these applications when they when it is the time to make the motion. And with that said, we're going to move to item ten A. DPA twenty twenty six zero zero zero three and that is in the Brentsville District. Commissioner Carroll, you are the Commissioner of Records, sir, and the floor is yours.

All right, good evening. My name's Jessica Wagner. I live close to uh Hornbaker. Um I signed up as con for um ten A for ch rezoning the for data centers. Whenever I was reading the proposal, I saw that the Um The paperwork was saying that it was for um rezoning the area for um to change I think it was the promoted for data centers and I'm not for d um adding more data centers to the area. Um just for energy reasons, environmental reasons. Um And they're just an eyesore in general. That's all I have for this evening. But thank you for your time.

Um Whenever we have items that are on the expedited agenda, if we have two or more citizens that are signed up to speak against that item, we pull it off the expedited agenda and we put it back on the regular agenda. That's for our citizens who may be new to our public hearing procedures. So but we we do want to offer even if we do have one person, as in the case with Miss Wagner, if sh if she has comments, we do allow her the opportunity to speak, uh because our citizens' comments are very important.
