Um, going to item number four on our agenda, do we have any remote participation requests from any planning commission members? We do not. Thank you. Now we're moving to item five, the consent agenda. We have the brief and resolutions planning commission public hearing dated September twenty fourth, two thousand twenty five.

We're now gonna move to the expedited agenda, item number six. And before we start with the expedited agenda, we do have a Question to ask in relation to some people who have signed up. So I'm gonna turn it over to Commissioner Carroll for a minute.
Yes, so as of So our policy is if we have two
Public speakers speaking against the project, we will pull it off the expeditive agenda and hear it. Um so just want to check before we go to the expedited agenda, but as of now we have one person signed up for Eight for ten eight. Um the special use permit for Ashland Grocery Pharmacy Drive Up um and that is Rakib Ahmad. Is there any other individuals who'd like to speak against that project?
Okay. So I we will keep that one on the expedited agenda and we'll still let Um that individual speak. And then for 10 D, the public facility review, Acoquan Creek Pump Station. Right now we have a f four speakers signed up. Roger Cooley, Alex Silver, um Rami Avalos, and then WPCCA. Um are those individuals for or against the project? If they are We call it side. Oh okay. Perfect. Okay. And I think we are good on that one. Okay, thank you very much. I'm now gonna turn this over to Mr. Venegas. Do we have any items on the expedited agenda?
So we do. We have several items requested for the expedited agenda. And again, it's dependent on whether people signed up to uh speak for it. Uh we have item eight A, which is the rezoning twenty twenty four-zero zero two eight Moreland Meadows. Uh that's requested for expedited i item eight. D uh venthill substation um that's on the continuation um then we have items uh 10 a special use permit ashland grocery store item ten c special use permit uh SUP twenty twenty four zero zero zero four zero deckscapes of Virginia And then the last item that we just discussed was item ten D, public facility review, uh twenty twenty two-four, Aquaquan Creek Pump Station.
Okay, thank you very much. I do want to have two housekeeping items, and that is in regards to item eight A. And item ten D. Is that right? No, I'm sorry. 8D. 8A and 8D. So for item eight A, which is the rezoning twenty twenty four dash zero zero two eight, Moreland Meadows, we held that hearing on September tenth, twenty twenty five, and that hearing the public hearing was closed. So if there are anyone if there's anyone that wants to speak regarding this, you cannot speak during the public hearing, but you can speak during public comment, which we will move to that right after this section. Same goes for item eight D, which was a continuation from also September tenth, twenty twenty five, and that was the Vent Hill substation.
We already heard that item and so the public hearing was closed at that point.
