Yes, sir. Chair McPhail, we have two items, uh 10A, zoning text amendment, DPA 2026-00002, 2025 state mandated changes, um, as well as item 10V, uh zoning text amendment DPA 2026-0004, 2025 state mandated changes. Um and both of these are to align our zoning ordinance with the state code.
