Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the December 10th, 2025 Prince William County Planning Commission public hearing. At 645, the Planning Commission and the staff and others had our agenda review in the Potomac Conference Room. I would like to ask everyone to please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. So if you're following the agenda, I'm going to make an announcement before we call the roll. We have some logistical information that I'd like to share with everybody. Vice Chair Brown is not here right now. She's running a little late.
And she has a family commitment that she is attending. And if the public hearing goes to a certain hour, I have a commitment tomorrow morning that's going to pull me away from the dais. At that time, Commissioner Brown is going to continue with the public hearing and facilitation so that Prince William County business can continue. And that transition will be seamless. The only thing that we'll see is that Commissioner Brown will be facilitating the public hearing if I have to leave the dais. So, with that said, Madam Clerk, would you please call the roll?

I would entertain a motion to allow Commissioner Shaik to participate in the December 10, 2025 public hearing remotely.

Mr. Venegas, I understand we have quite a few items for expedited agenda this evening. That is correct. Chair McPhail, we have item 10C, resending 2025-0001 cabin branch at Quantico Creek.
Item 10E, rezoning 2025-00012 Carver Road subdivision. Item 10F, rezoning 2025-00002 Chin Landing. And item 10G, rezoning 2024-00037 North Carters Grove. Thank you very much, Mr. Venegas. Before I go any further, Sir and Madam, I'm going to ask you to come up and find a seat because, as you can see by that beautiful blue and white sign, the fire marshal does not allow standing in the chamber. And if we can't find a seat in the chamber, then you can hear the public hearing in the forum as well. So, with that said, for our citizens and our guests, Expedited agenda works this way. If there are two or more citizens requesting to speak against or in an apposal of any item on the expedited agenda, it will be pulled from the expedited agenda and put back on our regular public hearing agenda.
