What procedural steps open the Planning Commission meeting (pledge, roll call, excusals)?
Oh, see.
Thank you. All right, I think we're ready to start the meeting.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. And please remain standing while we have our statement of values. Secretary?
As we gather, we humbly seek blessings upon this meeting. May we act with strength. and the will to perform our obligations and duties to our people with justice to all. Let us seek wisdom so that we may act in the best interest of our people, our neighbors, and our country. All this we ask so we may serve our community with fairness and respect, putting their needs before all.
Thank you very much. Please be seated. Roll call, please.

I'd like to make a motion to excuse Nancy Biagini.

Oh.
Amend it for Mr. Bonnie. Mr. McNabar. I'd like to excuse Commissioner McNabar also.
Seconded.
Go ahead and cast your vote, please.
Commissioner, Chair Kuru, are you able to cast your vote there? Great, thank you. And the motion passed, thank you.

All right. So copies of the current agenda and staff report for each item on the agenda are available from the Planning Division office on the Friday afternoon preceding the meeting and available online. Continuances and exceptions. This part of the meeting allows for the applicant, members of the public, or other interested parties to request that an item be, one, continued without hearing, two, withdrawn, or three, taken out of order. Are there any requests from such applicants? Not that we have applicants tonight, do we? Okay.
No, we do not have any requests for any continuances.
Okay. The Planning Commission has seven members. Whenever the full commission is not present, applicants have the option to continue their item to another meeting. But I think that's not needed for tonight. Okay. Consent calendar.
What changes are proposed to update the Historic Resource Inventory (what’s being added and CEQA implications)?
There's one item on the consent calendar today. Secretary Cherukuru, would you please read the procedure for the consent calendar?
The procedure for the consent calendar is as follows. Consent calendar items may be enacted, approved, or adopted by one motion unless requested to be removed by anyone for discussion or explanation. If any member of the Planning Commission, staff, the applicant, or a member of the public wishes to comment on a consent calendar item or would like the item to be heard on the regular agenda, please make your request now. Item listed on the consent calendar with its associated file numbers constitute public hearing items. And today we have 1A, the Planning Commission meeting minutes of November 12th, 2025 as the consent calendar item.
Okay. Elizabeth, are there any members of the public that would like to briefly address the commission on items not on the agenda?
