When you win when you weren't sure, showing up and you thinking, I'm gonna win this.

Let me roll in like as a junior, your last junior year, you won and your total would have won all the way up to I think it was like eighty four and even then you would have placed on the podium.

It was crazy.

Like you steamrolled people in the juniors uh your last year.

But

a and everyone's super excited.

But to show up in the battles when it's like fifty fifty, no one knows if you're gonna win.

And when you come out the other side with that win, that's a whole nother feeling of accomplishment where you're like

All right.

And you're also learning you could be so nervous that you think you're gonna puke.

And it's okay.

You will be okay.

Just because you're nervous doesn't mean you're gonna have a bad meet.

Until you go through it, you don't know.

You're thinking like I am so nervous.

This could totally go sideways on me.

And you I remember like back at Junior Worlds twenty twenty two, you would like journalize and very introspective on on your take on things and I think you are slightly ahead of game in in terms of all that.

And for sure I think a lot of young people they'll see b due to social media, you could follow whatever lifter you want, some of your most favorite lifters, and you'll see how they carry themselves and be like, I gotta be like that.
