You know, I think we've seen a lot of there's a lot of benefit like throughout the organization.
When you look up and scouting director, farm director, pro scouts, amateur scouts, trainer, medical staff, PT, pitching coaches, assistant GM, pro director, they're all been here now for 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 20 years.
And year after year, you know, you're able to, you know, to kind of grow with that group and guys that kind of know our players, know our system and just are looking to add to it every year.
There's a lot of value to that.
So, you know, having the manager that's also in that situation, I think there will be real value to that as well.
And I think Craig is going to be somebody that's going to fit in very well, you know, with the group and our players and expect him to do it for a long time.
