And one of the things that I talk about all the time and we've talked about is that work isn't your family.

And a lot of employers, it talks about family and there's family elements, but there's a thing that's happening in narrative.

But as you know, firsthand, at the end of the day, when it comes down to it,

Family doesn't treat each other that way.

And whether it was good or bad, otherwise, that's not how family treats each other.
