Regarding the question with Caesars, look, this is an option.
As I told you, somebody built this project for them, they are running it for them, and
they were intelligent enough to leave 300,000 square feet of empty space in case they get a casino.
Well, if that happens, great.
If it doesn't, you know, you're still going to double it more than double your money.
So, you know, if it happens, you triple your money.
