And what was interesting is on the call, the only thing he cared about was from zero to five years old.
I'm like, well, I had an ex-stepmom that came in my life and I had no freedom from nine to 17.
He's like, yeah, we don't need to focus on that.
So from zero to five years old,
What I recognize inside of myself is around two or three years old, around one or two years old, my mom, her dad died.
My mom had like trauma with her dad and she ran away when she was younger.
But when her dad died, she lost a lot of weight and she wasn't sleeping at night.
I found this out afterwards by asking family members and friends.
She wasn't present, but she could, she was doing the best she could.
But because of that, I'm like, oh, well, if I imagine as one or two years old, looking up at a mom that was like depressed, stressed, shrinking physically, emotionally.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Like what would would I have felt that that presence was there?
Like what would I have been interpreting about myself?
And what I then looked at from zero to five was around three years old, my brother was born.
And my younger brother, he had asthma.
So he was in the doctors a lot.
He got a lot of attention naturally because he needed it because he was sick.
And the attention really switched to him.
So I imagine that as a three-year-old, as an adult, I understand like, oh, I didn't, the little version of me, like your brother needs it.
