It's still the pattern trying to mitigate the nervous system from the pattern.

And the thing is, is you can't actually change the pattern from the level of the pattern.

So for example, let's imagine you have a judgmental part of yourself and you become aware of it.

And you're like, oh, this judgmental part of me, I'm probably this way because my parents were highly criticizing as a kid.

So now I judge myself.

What is the first thing you do when you talk to that part of yourself?

Judge it.

Exactly.

So you judge it.

And then, so the key many times for this layer of healing is you actually learn to accept the judge.

You actually learn to accept the people pleaser.

You accept and you recognize that this part of you got you to where you are now.

Yes.

And that creates a lot more peace inside of yourself because no longer are you at war with yourself.

You don't have to beat yourself up for the years of living this way.

Exactly.

So then in this second layer of I create my own reality and I'm going to manifest.

It's the first level.
