And when I go in every day, I could see the difference between having a very concrete goal and having like an intention for the day and then going into work and then helping customers.

I could see what results that got me versus a different energy.

So I'll explain the two energies.

One energy is I go into work to sell shoes and when I get there, I wanna sell $4,000 worth of shoes today because that means I made $400 and that was a decent day, right?

Every customer I help is a means to my end.

I am helping them because they are gonna help me make my goal.

So if I have a customer I don't think is gonna buy, I get kind of antsy and I'm like, and then I'm only greeting certain customers I think might wanna buy.

So it's like this whole thing that's like I'm trying to control.

And what I'd recognize, those days weren't so fun.

There was an attachment to outcome and I would not have the best days and it felt like force.

Then what I would do is I tested it and instead I would go into work with the intention of having fun.

That's it.

How do I have more fun than anyone else?

How do I show my personality?

I'm helping these people.

Like back in the day, these people were like super rich and here I am selling shoes.

Put them on a pedestal, right?

I'm like, no, I'm gonna share my personality.

I'm gonna have fun and I'm gonna add value.
