And we took on that role.

This idea of worthiness is a concept.

I believe that babies and even us, we are both worthy and not worthy at the same time.

If we can let it be okay that we are both worthy and not worthy,

Doesn't it feel a little bit lighter to think of it like that?

Because so much of our lives is I don't want to feel not worthy.

I don't want to be seen as not worthy.

I have to be over here in order to be enough.

Wouldn't it feel more freeing if you could let it be okay that you weren't worthy?

And ironically enough, people that wanna feel safe, it's like, I wanna feel safe.

Well, what does that mean?

What does safety feel like in your body?
