Uh, but you don't want that as your your kind of core lead negotiator in a situation when you might not have all the cards.
Um, and uh and that would be the the the you know scary thing about this is do we run into in into a a negotiation uh that we can't pull ourselves out of and um all of the the kind of fallout
from that would be would be obviously, you know, very problematic.

The um I mean, you know, it's interesting.
The the I I have um I have a couple categories of of issue, right?
So like the cheap t-shirt and cheap shoes, like we'll probably find a way to survive um in terms of maybe we'll we'll have less kind of consumer goods on that front.
That would be you know pretty bad for certain parts of of of obviously the economy.
Um that's not good, but maybe you just you know you buy a few you know, few a few a a little bit of a fewer things.
The part that I think is disastrous is you know.
You know, think about all of the uh, you know, uh input materials we need to be able to build our industrial sector, to build our, you know, companies that go in and and then sell, you know, things all around the world.
Um, what you're basically doing is you're handing to our competitors a an instant disadvantage that we now have, uh, where we're basically saying, you know what, we want our input costs to be higher in the US.
And now, you know, in sh you know, you you have
Entrepreneurial people globally and say, well, this is great.
Like, like the US just erected its own, uh, its its own, you know, barrier to being able to compete with us.
Like, what an incredible moment, right?
If you're an international entrepreneur right now and you're watching this, you're like, I can now finally outcompete the US because they've just gonna create friction for their own businesses.
So, so there's like there's actually no good story here.
Um, the only good story would be like some scenario where.
Where you'd done this like a hundred years ago, and we just like you know miraculously had robotic factories at this point because we had, you know, made this decision.
