You know, this is like, you know, Warren Buffett really under understands that model.
Um, and that would just be a model you could sustain forever if you wanted.
So uh so we started the company in college and we were um uh my co-founder and I, we were sophomores in college and uh we we had uh a a variety of friends.
Uh and and the reason I'm bringing them up is we eventually had kind of four co-founders.
Um, but a variety of friends through high school.
We'd all tried different projects and startup ideas together.
So so we actually all went to high school together, a few of us went to middle school together and uh
So we know each other for already by by sophomore year of college tenures, um, which is just an incredible, you know, incredibly lucky to to be able to have a uh a friend group that you've known for 10 years that that you're you know still in touch with and you can, you know, start companies with in college.
And so, um, and so I was uh you know studying um
This was a time back in 2004 where it was like, you know, weirdly hard to move data around.
You had to have USB thumb drives.
You sent yourself emails of file attachments.
You had to, you know, have external hard drives.
And it was a mix of kind of schoolwork, a mix of I had an internship which was using some legacy enterprise software.
And I was doing a class where I had to uh develop a business model, uh, or not a business model, a sort of a SWOT analysis on a
market and then identify the companies that that in that were in that market that had, you know, you know, pros and cons.
And for some random reason, you never kind of know like why, why did the very initial thing pop in your head?
You know, that's the the magic of of kind of just entrepreneurship.
