Number one, the fastest way to improve your life is to sign up for a physical side quest. matched

I used to think, and mostly still do, that life change matched

And changing your life was all about having a clear set of systems, standards, and targets to guide your life. matched

You establish those, you track them, and you watch your life improve. matched

That still works. matched

But maybe it's much simpler than that. matched
