Yeah, the pitchers are sort of, you know, they're walking a tight wire right now.
It's tough for them because they don't have any run support.
The key there is, like, you know, cliche, but you really just have to take it pitch by pitch and not worry about the score.
But it's tough when...
You know, the Mets aren't giving them long offensive innings where they can sort of like sit in the bullpen or sit in the dugout.
These are short innings with these guys swinging at kind of everything right now.
Where's the amount of time, especially if you end up getting traffic on the base pass for the pitchers?
There's a lot of pressure on Senga, but there's been pressure on Senga for a while now because he hasn't pitched a whole lot these last two seasons.
And when he has, he hasn't looked like the rookie of the year candidate that he was in 2023.
So Senga is trying to show that he can stay healthy and that he can be the pitcher that he once was.
I don't know that there's any added pressure on him.
