Okay.
Well, the advice is being two snacks is in like solid food.
They just don't need it.
It's simply like they don't need it in terms of like nourishment.
Right.
Nutrients.
Yeah.
I'm sure we've all seen those, the baby mum, like the rice crisp cakes that you can buy.
Yeah.
So, I mean, they're great in terms of oral motor development, but they don't, they don't serve a purpose yet.
And I find that parents are giving those things in particular as a snack, but they just don't simply, they don't need them.
Milk is the snack and you don't need to offer snacks to your baby until they're one.
So going back to the milk with the sliding scale, it's like they're on, you know, start with one meal and then when they're capable and confident, go to two and then by around nine months, it's three meals.
And then there's milk that's still filling those gaps until one year of age.
And then they start adding, you start adding extra snacks or snacks, I should say.
Ah, but are you checking the other end?
Are you checking the nappies?
Well, yeah.
Yes.
You should introduce that from the start.
