It's a really huge milestone.
And for them to be able to practice that, it takes a lot of energy too.
Yeah, 12 months.
When they turn one.
But with breastfeed or milk, I should say, milk intake, it becomes a sliding scale.
So once they start solids, be led by them because they will tell you how much they will have.
And then once, usually around the 10-month mark, they'll drop around to around 400 mils.
Yeah.
So again, it's just like be led by your baby in terms of solids.
And that's because the more food they're eating, the less milk they're consuming.
But it's like a very natural crossover where, yeah, so at the start, you won't notice much of a drop with milk in the first like three, three, four weeks.
And then it'll sort of start to gradually drop off because most babies by around the nine month mark will be on three meals a day.
Right.
Another thing I want to talk about is this snack business.
Oh my God, it drives me insane.
Yeah, we can talk about the snack business.
So with babies too.
So milk is a snack for babies.
That is their snack.
There's a lot of advice that goes around where it's advised that babies should be on three meals and two snacks a day.
