So, you know, I would ask you, do you understand why somebody who's been thinking about this question, looking at it?

You know, I I just I I think the the big question for me is in some respects, people don't want to use the word because of the moral implication of what ought to be done following it.

But the question to me is, could we put the same effort?

into preventing it from having happened in the first place.

And I think the whole world, when you look at the images of I'm just thinking about an image that I saw.

Of these two girls, one of them, they're they're baking in the heat.

Clearly their parents are gone.

It's an older girl who's about the age of my older daughter, and a younger girl who's about the age of my younger daughter.

And the older girl is fanning the younger girl.

And I don't know how we as humans allow ourselves to do that systematically over the course of years to another people.

And then we want to quibble about the words that we use to call it that thing.

Like the moral imperative for action was in seeing the images that we saw.

And I think for a lot of folks, we look at that and say, Well, you know.

What is the purpose of a Palestinian child in the way that the world has organized itself, except for it to go through that?

And if we think that every Palestinian child deserves the right to live in dignity and deserves a good future, then what does it require us to do?

And I think that word has meaning and should be used because it speaks to the moral imperative of action to prevent that.

And Scott, I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna point to a couple of things.

You know, you and I have have had um a number of really great conversations.

I think you and I probably think very similarly on a number of issues.
