Wanted to get your opinion on what do you think is missing in the podcasting space right now?
Not from a show idea, but from uh tech and tools and perspectives on like how podcasters can support and build their brand out.
Do you think there's anything missing that can be done better?
Do you have an opinion on audio versus video or you like you would prefer the whole ecosystem?
I think I think one thing that video does is it gets you a really good top of funnel if you know how to like slice up your content and like, you know, do the distribution.
But I think the other thing is
Is that the audience you want to see?
Cause you know, when you cut up a show, like I've seen so many shorts that felt like a bait and switch to me because like I'll listen to the short like, Oh yeah, this sounds really good, but when you go to the episode, it's like something completely different.
It's not what the short made it seem.
So again, really good top of funnel, but maybe not the best for long form retained users.
And to your point, like what are you trying to build?
four so you optimize for that channel.
But yeah, I a hundred percent agree.
