And then there was the most extraordinary statement from the COO of FIFA, Kevin Lamour.

This was really an extraordinary one because Kevin is a previously UEFA executive, moved over to FIFA maybe a year and a half ago.

He's one of the few people, I would say, from FIFA land that almost universally people outside of FIFA speak well of.

Right, right.

And so I don't say that lightly, but he basically came out and said, look, we've all been completely deceived by Gianni.

This was a one-man show.

I don't care if I lose my job over this.

He's not yet lost his job over this, but it's hard to imagine how he could possibly continue if Infantino is president.

But that just gives you a sense of the level of alienation.

are coming out publicly to stab you in the front.

And FIFA had doubled down on it in the early hours of Friday morning, only for the Asian Confederation to immediately come out and reject it.

And, you know, he was hoping that that would be the end of it.

And it's not, because Saturday morning, UEFA came out, basically said he's not fit for purpose.

CONCACAF then come out, call through a reckoning for the presidency.
