From Mount Everest stretching all the way across the Himalayas, we are seeing really a lot of that moisture, that humidity that builds up across India this time of year, late August and early September, rolling up over those mountains.
And very quickly, in some of these locations, absolute downpours can come in.
And obviously, that ground is still pretty fragile in some of those areas.
We could be seeing anywhere from eight to twelve inches in some of these locations, and that is enough that that'll rush down into some of those low-lying areas.

Unfortunately, we're talking about rain in the forecast every single day for the next seven days as they continue those cleanup efforts across Nepal.
Some of these are indicating anywhere from another eight to twelve inches.
