The I-95 corridor has been frigid, and that's where the winds are still the strongest.

Gusting at times 30 to 40 miles an hour.

We've been seeing that all morning long.

Those winds were stronger yesterday.

They're going to continue to back off a little bit today.

It is freezing outside, but I'd like to be glass half full and talk about warmth that ultimately will be working its way in.

Not a real warmth, but warmth compared to what we're seeing out there this morning.
