Richard, who has been a colleague in the past and he's got a beautiful family.

He's been an excellent colleague and we still work with him in a kind of partnership capacity now.

So he's a great guy.

Yeah, so look, yes, and I have made those decisions myself sometimes.

I have promoted the wrong person.

And the key is to try and, if so, fail quickly.

And the person who's been promoted who hasn't worked out, right, I don't treat it like it's ever their fault.
